2. creative ways to have your customers recall emotions when they are experiencing your brand so they fall in love with all you have to offer them.

3. Tales. Tales they can share with their friends. Tales that tell your story and the stories that happen to your customers while they’re engaged with your brand.

4.  employees that are passionate brand ambassadors that have an uncanny ability to build relationships with your customers through happy and pleasant customer service and special added surprises like loyalty rewards and engaging special promotions.
