Its a Brand New Day

“A business has to be involving, it has to be fun and it has to exercise your creative instincts.”  Richard Branson to Entrepreneur Magazine.  Building a new brand requires more than a logo, marketing plan and Twitter account. It requires –

1. a deep understanding and appreciation of  your customers’ expectations with systems and procedures as well as ample amounts of employee training to meet those expectations daily.

2. creative ways to have your customers recall emotions when they are experiencing your brand so they fall in love with all you have to offer them.

3. Tales. Tales they can share with their friends. Tales that tell your story and the stories that happen to your customers while they’re engaged with your brand.

4.  employees that are passionate brand ambassadors that have an uncanny ability to build relationships with your customers through happy and pleasant customer service and special added surprises like loyalty rewards and engaging special promotions.
